GAUGE ROLL UNITS WITH INTERMEDIATE CONVEYORS Gauge roll units are used to reduce the dough sheet to the required thickness and to change the dough density to the rotary cutting operation. The speed of the unit is adjustable by an AC frequency controller. A gauge is fitted with handwheel to show the gap in numerical number with the least count of 0.01 at final gauge roller. Body of the machine is made from 45mm thick mild steel plates.
