Semi Automatic Bun Divider Rounder, Moulder Machine:

Dividing, Rounding, Moulding into 30 Divisions Scaling Range 40 to 70 gms. Moulding is done in most natural way, and the dough is treated carefully : moving away from the resting point in every increasing spirals and then returning.

The dough pieces develop a good skin and an excellent seal on the underside. Amount of compression, moulding height and moulding time can be regulated quickly and easily. Drive for the moulding action is accomplished by one eccentric arm which are immersed in the lubrication system, this means that they are automatically lubricated. Moulding activity can be stopped so that the machine can also be used for dividing only. BUN DIVIDER is an approved long life machine. It is variable concerning dough weights.The machine can be used for preparation of all kinds of rolls and pastry goods. The machine is equipped with 3 moulding plates.

Operations:
  • Operation is extremely simple, quick as all operating adjustment elements can be easily managed and can be operated without problem. The machine has good solidity but has to be fastened on the floor.
  • Open the two chromeplated levers (B) on the top of the head.
  • Adjust bar (Q can be fixed according to the required dough weight.
  • The pre-weighed dough is placed on the moulding plate, which is pushed into the machine, taking care that the dough does not come outside the traised circles of the moulding plate.
  • The top of the dough pieces must be lightly dusted with flour.
  • The moulding plate is inserted in the machine while shifting it backward until it falls into the locking pin. Take care that no dough remain in between moulding table and moulding plate.
  • Smoothly bring long handle (A) downward and press the dough throughly.
  • Pull pressing Handle (D) to the right side and press long handle (A) until blocking stud cuts the doughs.
  • Press moulding handle (E) downwards which is at the left side of the machine, so that the moulding table starts to oscillate.
  • During the moulding process the long handle (A) must be kept in lower position. Maintain the moulding movement for 6 to 10 seconds to oscillate.
  • After completing moulding movement bring moulding handle (E) upwards.
  • Now bring the pressing long handle (A) in normal position
  • Take out moulding plate with the finished dough balls and insert a second pre-weighed dough plate, for next batch.
